Submission Preparation Checklist
Topics for the scientific component of the event:
Submitted works should fall within one or more of the main themes proposed for the
Conference:
- Transformations of communication in the digital age
- Content production and digital narratives
- Digital marketing, advertising, and strategic communication
- Digital platforms and media ecosystems
- Digital culture, participation, and online communities
- Digital literacy, ethics, and misinformation
- Data, algorithms, and communication personalization
- Immersive technologies and digital experiences
- Artificial Intelligence and innovation in communication
- Education, digital skills, and pedagogical innovation
Guidelines for Extended Abstract Submission:
Extended abstracts must be original, written in Portuguese, with a minimum of 800 and a maximum of 1000 words (excluding references), in accordance with APA 7th edition guidelines. They must follow this structure:
- Title of the communication;
- Identification of the author(s) and institutional affiliation;
- Keywords (up to five);
- Framework and main objectives of the work;
- Methodological approach;
- Main results;
- Discussion and main conclusions;
- Bibliographic references.
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process conducted by members of the Scientific Committee. Authors must remove any identifying information, including names, affiliations, and acknowledgements. This information should only be included in the final version of accepted papers for presentation and publication.
If the work is accepted, a brief biographical note of the author(s), with a maximum of 200 words, is also required. All abstracts must be submitted through the website by April 30, 2026.
Participation in the event is free, but registration is mandatory via the form available on the conference website.
All submitted works will be evaluated based on their relevance, originality, importance, and
clarity.
File Format:
The version of the paper submitted for evaluation by the Scientific Committee must be saved
in PDF format. The final version of accepted papers for publication must be saved in Word
format.
Authors of accepted abstracts will have 10 minutes to present their work (in Portuguese),
followed by 5 minutes for discussion. After the event, the presented abstracts will be
published in an abstract book (e-book) with ISBN.
Schedule:
- Submission of extended abstracts: until April 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM
- Notification of acceptance: May 15, 2026
- Submission of final abstracts: May 22, 2026
- End of registration period for participants: May 26, 2026
- Event: May 27 and 28, 2026
